Enrollment Process
You can enroll online, or you can call our office and have a brochure and registration mailed to you, or you can register over the phone by calling our winter office at (970) 484-8462. Early enrollment is encouraged due to a high return rate of campers. Cost for a one week session is $699, [We ask for a minimum of $50.00 for their camp store account]. A $200.00 per session deposit by check or credit card must accompany each completed application. This deposit is non-refundable nor transferable after March 1st. Final payment is due 45 days after registering. We accept personal checks, VISA, and Mastercard. Applications may be faxed if paying by credit card. Our fax number is 970-416-7878. Finacial Aid is Available. To get more information on Financial Aid please Click Here.

Cancellation Policy
If a camper cancels for any reason after March 1st, the deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations after May 1st, the tuition is non-refundable. Note: If a camper chooses to leave early, or is sent home for what the leadership deems as a serious violation or infraction, there will be no tuition refund. Store money not spent will be refunded in full.

Cabin Requests
Each camper may request one roommate; however, the two campers' birth dates need to be with in 12 months of each other. This request will also need to be made in writing (letter/email) by both campers. (i.e., John writes and request Sam, and Sam writes and request John). We are very hopeful to honor each request made.

Flying to camp
All out-of-state campers who need to fly to camp will do so into Denver International Airport on opening day of their session. Your child will be met by an easily identified staff member dressed in Camp Timberline attire, and they will then be shuttled to camp in our camp vans. Each camper is shuttled back to DIA by staff on closing day and escorted to their departure gate. Camp Timberline Shuttles are provided from DIA to camp at a cost of $25 each way. This charge will be added to your camper’s tuition, unless we are advised otherwise that shuttle transportation is not needed. Flight itineraries must be mailed, E-mailed, or faxed to our Ft Collins office by June 1st, or camp staff will not be able to pick them up. If this happens, you may call a shuttle service in Estes Park to have your camper brought to camp. Note: Unfortunately, if a camper is flying home they will not be able to participate in closing ceremonies.

This is my daughter's second year. The attitude change after both years truly amazes me. You are doing some great things here.
