Qualifications
Completed one year of college
Experience in working with children and/or teens
Skill experience in a sport listed above
Able to develop fun, positive relationships with campers
Able to effectively communicate with campers
Concern for safety and equipment maintenance
Able to facilitate team building and fun activities
Current Adult & Child CPR and Wilderness First Aid Certifications
General Responsibilities
Create and teach a safe, well-rounded
curriculum that relates to life lessons
Participate in all activities with campers each day
Share the plan of salvation and give each camper the opportunity
to accept it
Work alongside and support other staff
Training Required:
-Pre-Season Training (for Ropes Course
Counselor Coaches only)
-Work Week Training (required for all staff)

Is skilled or has experience in working in specific area
Current Adult and child CPR certifications
