Can you imagine yourself at the base of Long's Peak riding a zipline and shootin’ hoops with kids? This could be your opportunity to make a difference in a young person's life through sports and mountain adventure this summer!
Who are Camp Timberline Staff?
Camp T's staff are hand picked from all across the nation. Our full-time staff travels to multiple universities across the country to meet and interview interested candidates. After personal interviews, thorough applications, phone calls to references, and extensive background checks, our staff are painstakingly picked from a large pool of applicants.

Our camper to staff ratio is 3:1, and each counselor is required to have completed at least one year of college. With our low ratio, Camp Timberline staff have plenty of quality time for each camper, and every year they receive extremely high marks from both campers and parents!
Overall, we are looking for staff that are compassionate, loving, knowledgeable, fun-to-be- around leaders — ideal role models for campers. We realize that every summer in a young person’s life is a window of opportunity, thus our summer team strives to provide tremendous experiences that enhance the body, mind and spirit.
"I grew up at Camp T as a camper and working there on staff someday was my dream. The way my counselors and all of the staff loved me, accepted me, and walked with me, shaped my faith in a way that is vital to who I am today. Being on staff and having the ability to love kids the way that I was loved did nothing less than change my life forever. There are no words to describe Camp T justly, but if you have the incredible opportunity to serve there for a summer, I can guarantee that you will also be left speechless. Speechless at God's hand at work in the lives of every person that sets foot on that camp, speechless at His sheer beauty surrounding you every single day, and speechless that He chose you to work there.”
-Jordy Bond, Baylor University
“I have been a part of the Camp Timberline family for 13 years- I was a camper for 10 years and on staff for 3 years. The staff members’ passion for the Lord and kids is so evident in ALL they do. They love the kids and other staff so deeply and so well. I have never been in a place where I have felt more encouraged, loved and challenged to seek Christ in everything I do. At camp, I can live and love extravagantly and be exactly who God created me to be. There will never be enough words or even the right words to describe the deep connection I have to Camp Timberline. I am who I am today because of that place-because of the staff, my counselors, and the friendships I made as a camper and staff member.”
- Maggie Bridgeforth, University of North Carolina
"To work here is one of the most challenging, encouraging, epic, and
rewarding jobs you will ever experience. The relationships I have
been able to build with staff and campers are beyond anything I could
fathom. There is no better place to spend a summer and witness the
power of Christ!"
-Scotty Mendenhall, Eastern Illinois University
