HEALTH AND SAFETY: COVID-19
Updated July 31, 2020
In an attempt to limit the number of people on camp property and allow adequate time for cleaning and turnover between groups, we have decided to cancel all weekday retreats this Fall. This was an incredibly hard decision to make but we feel confident it is what’s best to keep both our guests and staff as safe as possible. We look forward to another full retreat season in 2021 and appreciate all he support and understanding we have received!

After much deliberation, we are heartbroken to announce that Camp Timberline has made the decision to cancel the remainder of the summer due to COVID-19. This includes all Base Camp, Beyond Timberline, Shift, and Day Camp programs. As you know, Camp T is all about relationships. Our team has been working diligently over the past few months trying to figure out a safe and healthy way to make those relationships a reality, but after considering all the circumstances, the strict state guidelines, social distancing, and the threat of viral infection, we came to the conclusion that everything we do at camp would be compromised. With COVID-19 we believe we could not guarantee the safety of not only our campers, but our staff, camp families, and communities as well.
During these trying and unprecedented times, our goal is to put our families and their well-being first. So we have 3 refund options for campers who are missing camp this summer.
You can receive a full refund including your non-refundable deposit, no questions asked. Your refund will be processed in the manner you made payment and in the order it is received.
You can roll your full or partial tuition to Summer 2021.
You can team up with Camp Timberline by donating your full or partial tuition. Your donation will help camp keep our amazing full-time staff on payroll, and it will allow camp to continue making improvements as we strive to be the very best camp in America. Our goal is for camp to continue its ministry well after this summer, so know your donation would help tremendously. Your donation will also be tax deductible.
Please make your refund selection with this Google Form.
We appreciate your patience as we work to process refunds. Your refund will be processed in the manner you made payment. If you paid by check or EFT, you will receive a paper check. If you paid by credit card, the refund will go back to the credit card on file. We will do our best to get your refund back to you in a timely manner.

Registration for the summer of 2021 will open at midnight June 1st. All families who had confirmed registrations for 2020 will have the exclusive chance to sign up for 2021 throughout the month of June. On July 1 we will open up registration to the general public.
If you are transferring any or all of your 2020 paid tuition over to the summer of 2021, no deposit is necessary.
