HEALTH AND SAFETY: COVID-19
As you know, the health and safety of all campers and staff is of the utmost importance to us here at Camp Timberline. With the Coronavirus on everyone’s mind, we will be keeping you updated with our continued efforts to ensure the safety and well being of your campers this summer. As the situation progresses, any updates regarding camp will be communicated in a timely manner.
Our summer medical team is in place and we are reviewing and adding to our camp protocols on a regular basis to address this situation. This includes:
In depth screening procedures for campers and staff before and upon arriving at camp including recent travel, current health, temperature, and symptom checks.
Increasing hygiene procedures for all buildings, living quarters, and the kitchen.
Extensive training and orientation regarding health and safety during staff training.
Increased number of hand sanitizer stations across camp.
Increased hand washing facilities across camp.
A complete and thorough cleaning and disinfecting of the entire camp before and after each session.
Our refund policy remains the same. If you cancel prior to May 1st, everything paid over and above the initial $200 non-refundable deposit will be refunded. If you cancel after May 1st, nothing will be refunded. However, if you have any concerns, please email Di Fest at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We believe that God is in total control over this summer. We are putting our full faith in Him and believe in His complete goodness. We have been able to step back and see that He has been perfectly faithful to Camp T for over 23 years, therefore we are able to sit in a place of total confidence.
We cannot wait to see what the Lord has in store for this summer! He will provide. Please let us know if you have any questions in the meantime.
