WHAT IF MY CHILD NEEDS MEDICATION DAILY?

The day camp program does not have a registered nurse/medical personnel on site but the Director is certified to administer basic medication and emergency prescriptions such as inhalers and EpiPens.  If your child needs insulin or medication requiring a syringe, please have a parent available to administer it.  Camp Timberline staff are also certified in CPR/First Aid.

WHAT TYPES OF ACTIVITIES HAPPEN AT DAY CAMP?

Outta Bounds Day Camp is chalked full of fun activities! Water day, parties, sports, adventure elements, crazy games, hilarous skits, and so much more. Sign up today to get a full rundown of all of the fun Camp T's Day Camp has to offer.

HOW MUCH RELIGION IS INVOLVED?

Our mission at Camp Timberline is to "Reach and Strengthen kids for Christ through Sports and Mountain Adventure." Our goal is to send each child home with the understanding that they are unconditionally KNOWN and LOVED by a God that created them perfect in His image. We do not have structured bible study or any classroom style teaching times. We believe learning about God should be fun and done by enjoying His amazing creation. Campers of all faiths and backgrounds should feel comfortable to attend camp and ask all kinds of questions and not feel pressured an any way as to what they should or shouldn't believe.  Read our Statement of Faith.

WHAT SHOULD I PACK EACH DAY FOR MY CAMPER?

Lunch, water bottle, sunscreen and any necessary labeled medication. We have water coolers available and will make sure the campers are hydrated throughout the day. Snacks are on us unless your child has specific dietary issues, then please bring your own. Wednesday is traditionally water day, so pack a towel, flip flops or water shoes, appropriate swim suit for boys and girls and lots of sunscreen! We have a super fun party on Friday, so we will let you know what the theme is and what costume your camper needs for the extravaganza!
